Payment We accept payments in cash upon delivery or via a secure payment link provided to you after the order is confirmed. All prices are in AED.
Delivery We strive to deliver on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic or incorrect address details provided by the customer. Please ensure someone is available to receive the balloons at the scheduled time.
Product Care Once delivered, the customer is responsible for the balloons. Keep them away from sharp objects, direct sunlight, and hot environments to ensure they last longer.
