Refunds Since balloons are perishable goods and are custom-made for your order, we do not offer refunds once the order has been prepared or delivered.
Cancellations You can cancel your order and get a full refund if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
Issues with Delivery If your balloons arrive damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or a solution.
